Purim Experience for Grown-Ups

  • The Rabbi's House Prescott, AZ usa (map)

Purim is controversial, some say it never happened, some say it was created as a Jewish Mardi Gras to help deal with the winter blues. Some say the holiday itself is a spoof on a holiday made for spoofing. And our Jewish world mostly turned it into a Jewish Halloween for the children with beauty pageants. Yet, behind the story there are multiple stories,  ranging from historical, sociological, psychological, spiritual and lastly, a modern view that rightfully speaks its own perspective.

Our Round table gathering (the table is really rectangle) will blend all of these perspectives into one interesting, fun, educational and delicious evening of JOY.   Let Rabbi know of you plan to join in the fun!
